No Regrets

So I'm on schedule.  I completed the story on the 11th.  Welcome back, all of you who slept for the past few weeks.

I had some valuable insights from readers, both in comments and personal e-mails.  I thank you all.

I hope y'all enjoyed reading.  Some feedback was along the lines of "I can relate" which is cool.  It's always nice to know you're not alone.

I feel like I just finished a marathon.

So as I said in the subject, No Regrets.

I'm looking forward to the future.  It'll have it's ups and downs, like everyone else's future, but I'm looking forward to it.  I have one final word on The Universe working the way it's supposed to at the end.

I'll be back with a typical light post tomorrow and back on schedule Thursday.  Meg has been OUT while my story was unfolding.

I thank you all.

And I'm hoping to have a postscript in a few days.

  1. Meg:

Having followed you blogging for a very long time, I was familiar with your story, and especially your family trials and tribulations. You have admirably stayed in your kids lives, while putting up with a manipulative ex who could never understand that Meg is the guy she married. Her loss.

You are now living with a kind hearted soul who has had pain to deal with, but who while doing it fell in with another kind hearted soul with her own pain -- you. In Charity you seem to have a companion who is as well suited for you as you are for her. Where you two take it is . . . . . . Well, we're waiting for that postscript.

  2. We haven't been sleeping. It looks like the past 2 years have been an upgrade, all in all. Hope the news continues to be good.

I can always expect a little philosophy from you.

  4. I just looked back to some of those early posts in 2010, when I was in awe of your nerve and planning over that first flight, we have come along way since then, dare I say a long way together?

I'm so glad that you are now in a "happy place"

I hope my blog helps a few other girls on their journey. That would be awesome!
