Here's the two-pager Christine was kind enough to put together for her Soiree.  Be sure to read carefully.  I misremembered her simple rules as "Shoulders Together," "Lift Legs" and "Back Up."

NOT as effective.  Please click each image to enlarge.

  1. Thanks for sharing this! Lots of good advice in a nice, condensed format. Now I just need to practice, practice, practice ...

It's good advice. Much the same informaion as presented by Denae Doyle in her videos for trans folk. (Her primary job provides her with perfect knowledge for teaching trans folk the body language of women.)

  3. Can I say "Thank you for this" as a straight woman? I have Aspergers syndrome and it's hard for me to understand my own gender and body most of the time. I find it easier to behave like "one of the boys" because it's harder to figure out the motivation for women's actions. This was actually helpful to me on some level. I feel like I have to learn to be a woman. Thank you.

  4. Hi Rainshadow! You're most welcome, and welcome to drop by anytime. Maybe we can compare notes ~ we might take "lessons learned" from each other.
