Meg, Perhaps a better title for this post would be "Flying the Flag of Freedom" with my apologies to CSN for "Find the Cost of Freedom". The simple act of being free to hang your hand wash over the shower rod is a manifestation of your ability to be the "master of your domain" with my apologies to Seinfeld. Washing my girl wardrobe is an issue. I only do the dresses and skirts when I have the house to myself. I do wear panties and hose daily. Years ago I would put it in the laundry but my wife had issues washing these items. I think the main issue was keeping the items out of view of the kids. I developed the practice of taking my panties and hose into the shower with me every night. The soapy water rinse was enough to get them clean. I could not hang them in the bathroom to dry so I would hang them under a shirt in my closet. By morning they would be dry or I would wear different items. Now with the kids out of the house I hang the drying lingerie on a chair or hanger in a spare room. I see your ability to hang your lingerie on the shower rod in your bathroom as a manifestation of freedom. Pat
Isn't it fun to see your things hanging in the bathroom? A fun picture, for sure!

I presume you'll need an extra hosiery drying rod soon....
ReplyDeleteNothing screams "this is a girl's place" like hose and underthings drying on the shower rod....
